These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website buypro.in and related mobile applications operated by BuyPro Technologies Private Limited ("BuyPro", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation (e.g. a proprietorship, partnership, LLP, or company), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation, in which case "you" refers to that organisation.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create a BuyPro account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, for all activities that occur under your account, and for promptly notifying BuyPro of any unauthorised use. BuyPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information, or that remain inactive for a period exceeding 24 months.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders placed through the Platform are offers to purchase products on these Terms, and are subject to acceptance by BuyPro. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, orders with incorrect pricing due to typographical errors, and orders where the product is out of stock or recalled. Accepted orders will be confirmed by email and/or SMS. Payment may be made by cash on delivery, UPI, credit card, debit card, net-banking, or BuyPro Credit, in each case as available on the Platform at the time of checkout.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may be mispriced. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on the Platform, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you. Delivery times indicated on the Platform are estimates and depend on product availability, your delivery pincode, and external factors beyond our control. BuyPro does not guarantee delivery within a specific window unless it is part of an explicit "Express" or "Same-Day" promise, which will be communicated in the order confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR, with pan-India delivery available on a 2–5 business day timeline. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on the order value, the delivery pincode, and the volumetric weight of the order. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in the order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our logistics partner will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided; if contact is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our warehouse and you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
6. BuyPro Credit Terms
BuyPro Credit is a revolving line of credit offered by BuyPro Technologies Private Limited, in its capacity as a seller-financing NBFC partner. Credit limits range from ₹50,000 to ₹50,00,000 and are granted at our sole discretion following an internal credit appraisal. Standard repayment terms are 30 days for the principal, with a 60-day interest-only extension available on request. Interest is charged at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance, and a late-payment fee of ₹500 plus 2% per month is applicable on overdue amounts. BuyPro Credit is governed by a separate Credit Agreement that is provided to each approved borrower, and which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Returns & Refunds
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions set out in our Return Policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for free replacement at any time. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt of the returned product. Customised, cut-to-size, and perishable items are not eligible for return, except where delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or to any account or system, to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with or disrupt the Platform or the servers or networks connected to it. BuyPro reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, engages in such conduct.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software — is the property of BuyPro or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the Platform without our prior written consent. The BuyPro name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of BuyPro Technologies Private Limited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all products sold through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BuyPro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall BuyPro, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it. In all cases, BuyPro's aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the order in question.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, or, failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the Act. The language of arbitration shall be English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BuyPro reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
