Inside core Bengaluru (within 25 km of MG Road), we deliver in 60 minutes via our express fleet. Outer Bengaluru (up to 40 km) gets 4-hour same-day delivery. Other cities are 24 hours for Tier-1 and 2–5 days pan-India.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track from the My Orders page in your account, or use the public Track Order page.
Our delivery partner will call you on the number provided. If we cannot reach you, we will attempt delivery twice more. After 2 failed attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse and a re-delivery fee of ₹99 applies.
Not at the moment. We currently deliver across India only. We are exploring international shipping for FY 2027.
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, AmEx), net-banking, EMI, cash on delivery, and BuyPro Credit. All online payments are processed by Razorpay and are 256-bit SSL secured.
Absolutely. We are PCI-DSS compliant and all card data is tokenised by Razorpay. BuyPro servers never see or store your full card number.
Yes, cash on delivery is available on orders below ₹50,000 across all serviceable pin codes. A ₹49 handling fee applies on COD orders.
Yes. Every BuyPro order includes a GST-compliant tax invoice. You can download it from My Orders. If you need a GSTIN on the invoice, add your business details under Account > Profile.
BuyPro Credit is a revolving line of credit for verified contractors, interior designers, architects and businesses. Limits range from ₹50,000 to ₹50 Lakh, with a standard 30-day repayment window and a 60-day interest-only extension on request.
Sign in to your BuyPro account, go to BuyPro Credit, and complete the 5-minute application. You will need to share basic business details, your PAN, and consent to a bureau check. Approval is typically instant for limits up to ₹5 Lakh.
1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the outstanding balance. Late-payment fee of ₹500 plus 2% per month is applicable on overdue amounts. There is no interest charged on the unused portion of your credit limit.
Yes, at any time, with zero prepayment penalties. Prepayments free up your credit limit for the next purchase.
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for free replacement at any time. See our Return Policy for full details.
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of receipt of the returned product. UPI / card / net-banking refunds take 5–7 business days. COD refunds are processed via NEFT in 5–7 business days. BuyPro Credit refunds post in 24 hours.
No. Once the seal is broken, paints, adhesives, and chemicals are not returnable for safety reasons. If the product is damaged or defective on arrival, please raise a request within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.

On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your registered email. We will send you a one-time reset link valid for 15 minutes.

Yes. For orders above ₹1,00,000 or quantities of 100+ units, please request a quote via the Bulk Order (RFQ) page or call our bulk desk at +91 9164534117. You will get a custom quote within 4 business hours.
There is no minimum value, but bulk pricing tiers start at ₹1,00,000. The exact tier depends on the product category, quantity, and delivery location.
Yes. Verified businesses can pay bulk orders via BuyPro Credit with 30–90 day terms, subject to credit approval.
