Return & Refund Policy

Easy 7-day returns. No questions asked.

1. Overview

We want you to be completely happy with your BuyPro order. If something isn't right, you can return most products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for free replacement at any time. This policy applies to orders placed on buypro.in and via the BuyPro mobile app.

Important

The 7-day window starts on the date of delivery, as recorded by our logistics partner. Returns requested after this window may be accepted at BuyPro's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility Window

Unused products in original packaging — returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items — returnable at any time, with photo/video evidence collected within 48 hours of delivery.
Bulk / RFQ orders — returnable within 3 days of delivery, subject to a 5% restocking fee, unless damaged or wrong.

3. Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

In its original manufacturer packaging, with all labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Accompanied by a valid BuyPro invoice (printed or digital).

4. How to Initiate a Return

Sign in to your BuyPro account and go to My Orders.
Select the order and click Request Return.
Choose a reason (unused / damaged / wrong item / other) and upload up to 3 photos.
Submit the request. You'll receive an approval within 2 hours during business hours.
Our logistics partner will pick up the product from your delivery address within 24–48 hours — free of charge.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund is initiated within 48 hours.
For UPI / Cards / Net-banking payments, the refund is credited to the original payment method in 5–7 business days.
For COD orders, refunds are processed via NEFT / RTGS to your bank account within 5–7 business days. Please ensure your bank details are added to your BuyPro account.
For BuyPro Credit orders, refunds are posted to your credit account within 24 hours.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, except where delivered damaged or defective:

Custom-cut, made-to-order, or personalised products.
Paints and chemicals that have been opened or partially used.
Perishable, clearance, or "as-is" sale items (clearly marked on the product page).
Gift cards, vouchers, and downloaded software.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong product, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photos / a short video. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and ship a replacement within 24 hours of pickup. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund (including original shipping charges).
