Shipping Policy
1–4 hour express delivery across Bengaluru. Pan-India in 2–5 days.
1. Delivery Zones
Express delivery within a 25 km radius of MG Road. Same-day 4-hour delivery up to 40 km.
Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata — order before 4 PM for next-day delivery.
Delivered to all serviceable pin codes by our national logistics partners. Tracking shared by SMS.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across Bengaluru.
- ₹49 flat shipping on Bengaluru orders below ₹999.
- Free shipping on your first 5 orders — no minimum value.
- Tier-1 city and pan-India shipping is calculated at checkout based on volumetric weight and destination.
- Bulk / RFQ orders: shipping is custom-quoted and included in the invoice.
3. Order Tracking
Every BuyPro order comes with real-time tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order any time from My Orders or by entering your order number on the Track Order page.
4. Delays
While we aim to deliver every order within the indicated window, occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, public holidays, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed by more than 4 hours beyond the indicated ETA, please reach out to us on WhatsApp +91 9164534117 and we will either expedite the delivery or refund the shipping fee — at your option.
5. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund (including shipping) — your choice. Please report the issue within 48 hours of the expected / actual delivery date with photos where applicable.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order. If both attempts fail due to your unavailability, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged a re-delivery fee of ₹99 (Bengaluru) or the actual cost (other cities). You can reschedule delivery free of charge from your orders page up to 24 hours before the next attempt.
