Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time before your order is shipped.

1. When You Can Cancel

You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped from our warehouse — typically a window of 1–6 hours after the order is placed, depending on the product and the delivery slot.
For "Express 1-hour" and "Same-day 4-hour" deliveries, the cancellation window is 15 minutes from order placement.
Once the order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. You can, however, refuse delivery at the door, and the order will be returned to us and refunded (see Return Policy).

Important

Orders placed on BuyPro Credit cannot be cancelled after the credit has been drawn down. Please contact support if you need a post-drawdown cancellation.

2. How to Cancel

Sign in to your BuyPro account and go to My Orders.
Select the order and click Cancel Order.
Choose a reason (changed mind / ordered by mistake / found a better price / other).
Submit. Cancellations are processed instantly for prepaid orders and within 2 hours for COD orders.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of cancellation.
UPI / Cards / Net-banking: credited in 5–7 business days.
COD: refunded to your bank account via NEFT within 5–7 business days.
BuyPro Credit: posted back to your credit limit within 24 hours.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, as they enter the production or dispatch pipeline immediately:

Custom-cut tiles, glass, or stone.
Custom-mixed paints and colour-matched coatings.
Made-to-order furniture or joinery.
Special-order items (clearly marked on the product page with a 7–14 day lead time).

5. Bulk / RFQ Orders

Bulk and RFQ orders follow a separate cancellation framework defined in the bulk-order agreement. In general:

Bulk orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, free of charge.
After 24 hours, a 5% restocking / cancellation fee applies on the value of goods already procured or in transit.
Custom-manufactured items in a bulk order cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
